Customer Collection Instructions

Our warehouse is based at our 3PL provider Nautica Shipping 

We are located at 27 Pavillion Drive, Māngere, Auckland 

Please ensure you bring your order reference with you to present to our
team.

Collection times are within the hours of 12pm -3pm, Monday to Friday.
To find us, look for the large Profreight sign and drive through the
entrance labelled truck exit. This is the closest entrance to the
building.

When you arrive on site, please park in the
visitor’s car park 

Once on site, please call our customer
service team on 09-8010373 and provide them
with your name and order reference.

Please wait in or next to your vehicle while our
warehouse team bring the order to your
designated parking area.

It is important the size of your vehicle must be
appropriate for the size of the stock you are
collecting.

Under no circumstances are you allowed to enter
the warehouse.
