Shipping policy

Order Processing

All in-stock products are processed and dispatched within one working day of receiving your order. Orders are picked and packed during normal office hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, NZST). Orders placed on a weekend are actioned as soon as possible on Monday. Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day; anything after that is dispatched the following day. Delays may occur during sale periods.

For made-to-order or pre-order items, your order is processed within one working day and you'll receive an email confirming the approximate delivery date. If we can't meet that turnaround, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery to Australia

Closer than you'd think! We're just across the Tasman, and our warehouse sits right beside Auckland Airport — so your order is on a flight and on its way to you in no time. Getting your parcel from us to your door in Australia usually takes about as long as a delivery within Australia itself. No long international waits here.

Orders are shipped from our New Zealand warehouse to addresses across Australia. Standard delivery is typically 2–3 working days, with rural and remote areas taking a little longer.

Once your order has been picked, packed and collected by the courier, a tracking number is emailed to you so you can follow its progress. We don't require a signature for delivery — as long as you provide full address details and any instructions on where to leave your parcel, we'll make sure you receive it.

Pricing & GST

Prices shown on the Australian site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

Damage & Theft of Items

Our couriers will either request a signature on delivery or take a photo of the item at the location it was left. Once delivery is confirmed, we are not liable for theft or damage that occurs afterwards, as it is beyond our control.

Please inspect your delivery as soon as possible. If any damage is found, report it to us immediately — we have a 7-day window to file a damage claim with the courier, so timely reporting is essential.
